ICPL-053X

The ICPL-0530/0531 dual channel optocou-plers contain a pair of light emitting diodes and integrated photodetectors with electrical insulation between input and out-put. Separate connection for thephotodiode bias and output transistor collectors increase the speed up to a hundred times that of a conventional phototran.
